This policy explains what information SkuPup collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- From Discord, when you log in: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar. We don't get your Discord password or email.
- From Stripe, when you subscribe: your Stripe customer ID, which plan you're on, and your subscription status and renewal date. Stripe collects your payment details and email directly; we never see or store your card number.
- In the Discord server: the alert categories you choose and any keywords you add with
/keywords.
How we use it
- To give you the Discord roles and alerts your plan includes.
- To send keyword alerts to your DMs, if you add keywords.
- To manage billing and help you with support requests.
We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments (Stripe's privacy policy).
- Discord hosts the server and delivers alerts (Discord's privacy policy).
- Cloudflare hosts this website and its database.
- We may share information if required by law.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you logged in to your account page, and a short-lived cookie during Discord login for security. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while you're a customer and for as long as needed for billing records afterward. Email us to have your information deleted; Stripe may keep payment records as required by law.
Your choices
You can remove your keywords anytime with /keywords remove, cancel your plan from your account page, or email support@skupup.com to access or delete your information.
Children
SkuPup isn't directed to children under 13, and Discord requires users to be at least 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and post a notice for significant changes.
