Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of SkuPup ("SkuPup", "we", "us"), including the skupup.com website and the SkuPup Discord server and bot. By subscribing or using SkuPup, you agree to them.
1. What SkuPup is
SkuPup is a notification service. We monitor product availability at certain retailers and send alerts in Discord. We do not sell products, place orders, or buy anything on your behalf. Any purchase you make is between you and the retailer.
2. No guarantees
Stock changes quickly and retailers can change their websites at any time. We do our best to send fast, accurate alerts, but we can't guarantee that every restock will be detected, that alerts arrive before an item sells out, or that prices and availability shown are correct. Always check the retailer's page before buying.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You need a Discord account to use SkuPup and must follow Discord's Terms of Service. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Your subscription is for you only; don't share access or repost alerts outside the server.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance, through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account page. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Plan changes may be prorated, as shown when you make the change.
- If a payment fails, we may pause or remove access until it's resolved.
- We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
5. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial months. If something went wrong, email support@skupup.com and we'll take a look.
6. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the server, harass other members, try to break or overload the service, resell or redistribute alerts, or use SkuPup for anything illegal. We may suspend or end access for violations, without a refund.
7. Third parties
SkuPup isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer or brand we mention. Retailer websites, Discord, and Stripe have their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
8. Liability
SkuPup is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for missed restocks, lost purchases, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice in the Discord server or on this site. Continuing to use SkuPup after changes means you accept them.
